Q: Can I preview my personalised gym clothing before ordering?

Q: What print positions are available on custom gym clothing? 

A:. Most garments offer multiple print positions including chest, back, sleeve and leg prints. Available print areas vary depending on the garment style and product selected. Our customisation guide explains how to select print locations

Q: What file formats do you accept for logos?

A: For best print quality, we recommend EPS, PDF or PNG files at 200dpi or higher. You can learn how to upload logos and artwork in our step-by-step designer walkthrough.

Q: Do you offer embroidered gym clothing?

A: Our personalised gym clothing is professionally printed rather than embroidered, as activewear fabrics are generally better suited to print. Printing helps maintain the garment’s comfort, stretch and performance while also providing a durable, long-lasting finish.

Q: Is there a setup fee for personalised clothing orders?

A: No, we do not charge artwork setup or standard customisation fees.

Q: Can I save my design for future orders?

A: Yes, when you create an account it allows you to save personalised clothing designs for easy reordering.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity for custom gym clothing?

A: No minimum order applies.

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts on gym clothing?

A: Yes, discounts are automatically applied to qualifying orders of 5 or more items. Please see our bulk discounts below:

Q: How do I choose the correct size?

A: We recommend checking the product size guide and garment description before ordering. Sizing can vary slightly between product ranges and garment styles. 

Q: Are your garments suitable for both men and women?

A: Yes, many styles are unisex or available in gender-specific fits.

Q: Do you offer plus sizes or extended sizing?

A: Yes, many garments are available in a wide range of sizes.

Q: Do you offer breathable or moisture-wicking gym clothing?

Print Quality & Durability

Q: Will the print crack, peel or fade after washing?

A: Our print methods are designed for durability when care instructions are followed (Please check individual products for care instructions).

Q: What temperature should I wash my personalised Personal Trainer uniform at?

A: We recommend washing all items at 30 degrees.

Delivery & Production

Q: How long does personalised gym clothing take to arrive?

A: Orders are produced within 7–10 business days, with delivery usually taking 1–3 working days. Please see our Shipping Information page for more details.

Q: Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

A: Changes may be possible before production begins.

Q: How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

A: You will receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes, you will receive an email from the respective delivery company with tracking details

Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Reordering & Samples

Q: Can I order a sample before placing a larger order?

A: We do not offer free samples, however many customers choose to order a single personalised item first to check the sizing, garment quality and print finish before placing a larger order.
